Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Technical Project Manager supports project management activities for various technical applications, ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with Nestlé Health Science's strategic goals. The position influences cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope and supports execution of Renovation Project Management team objectives and strategies. This will be a remote position with limited travel anitcipated.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as end-to-end project manager for planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Technical Application Group (CTAG), ensuring alignment with Profit & Maintenance Portfolio and Nestlé I2L (Idea-to-Launch) process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, etc.) to meet project milestones
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, status reports, meeting minutes) using Nestlé tools and processes
  • Maintain project documentation in PMP and I2L systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support adherence to I2L and PMP governance, including intake requirements and process compliance
  • Analyze project data to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with project teams
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé Health Science policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences)


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience in project management, cost savings projects, or related roles, preferably in healthcare or nutrition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong preference for experience with SAP or other ERP systems, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Strong time management, organization, communication, and results focus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across teams

The approximate pay range for this position is $70K to $95K base salary. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
