Associate Technical Director - Edison, NJ

Manage and direct new technology adoption and innovation; work with directors in developing business and operational strategies to contribute to technical progression of IT projects. Manage and direct the initiatives on the growth of important company accounts by overseeing technical project development in domains including financial, telecom and pharmaceutical. Develop and manage company's overall program requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables with development teams, partners, and stakeholders. Work with clients to understand requirements and business processes, determine best approaches for customized solutions, and determine budgetary projections. Organize team members based on their individual capabilities; monitor their performance and conduct team meetings. Break up the project to create solutions within budget and deadlines. Set up frequent meetings with clients to review progress, maintain transparency and foster relationships.

REQUIRES: Bachelor's Computer Science or Information Technology. 1 year experience in job offered or 1 year experience as IT Project Manager, Software Engineer, Software Developer or related occupation.
