Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in web-based .Net application development
• Proficient in Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4.5+, MVC, Web API, Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular
• Experience in SQL Server 2012+ and writing stored procedures
• Previous experience handling production support tickets across multiple levels
• Strong understanding of SDLC and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement and design discussions with customers and document functional specs
• Offer clarifications of requirements to both offshore and onsite IT teams
• Lead design discussions with offshore teams and provide technical guidance
• Obtain customer sign-off on UI and project requirements
• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Take ownership of project deliverables during production and post-production support
• Engage in intra-business unit collaborations to ensure project completion
• Research project obstacles and assist in developing effective solutions
