• Work with cross functional teams that are part of the quote to cash process and leverage company data to help in the design, development, implementation and improvement of the quote to cash processes.
• Be able to analyze and mine the data to drive optimization and improvement of the quote to cash process.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of the data sources and data gathering techniques
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to the quote to cash process data sets.
• Use predictive modeling techniques to increase and optimize the customer experience, revenue generation and other business outcomes as part of the quote to cash process.
• Develop relevant model testing framework and test model quality.
• Coordinate with various functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
• Be able to clearly articulate and present analysis and results to senior management
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Data Modeling
Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or SQL.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/Client) technologies and algorithms in both supervised and unsupervised machine learning areas.
Experience with Natural Language Processing, classification, pattern recognition, recommendation systems.
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management

§ Designing, developing, and implementing data service architecture that ingests real time data streams, parses JSONs, and loads them in to multiple data persistence stores to provide real time and offline analytics.
§ Building fact tables to facilitate quicker and easier data access.
§ Building indices at Elastic Search to support real-time dash boards at Kibana, and building predictive models to support AI/Client.
