Associate - TAS Lender Services

(US - Remote)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Associate will ....

What will you do in this role?
  • Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring or divesting businesses, including analysis of quality of earnings, working capital, and financial trends.
  • Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operational performance.
  • Identify and assess business and financial risks and opportunities, advising clients on strategies for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring.
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits, engaging with senior management to gather key financial insights.
  • Conduct collateral analyses and field examinations for lender clients, including banks and non-bank institutions.
  • Review financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, etc.) and provide thoughtful business observations and conclusions.
  • Develop client-facing reports and presentations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Propose solutions to lender risks and contribute to tactical recommendations.
  • Work on multiple projects of varying size and complexity, often under tight deadlines.
  • Travel as needed to client sites, both domestic and international.


What do you need to succeed in this role?

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $90,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
