About the RoleAs the Associate, Strategy & Operations, you act as the merchant's day-to-day partner for making sure they're successful through In Store Rewards. You will report to the Manager, In-Store Strategy and Operations. Core responsibilities will include building and maintaining merchant-facing and internal reporting on performance and health, guiding new merchants through onboarding so they ramp quickly and scoping and running tests that drive incremental volume, turning results into insights the team can act on. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across DoorDash to keep merchants engaged and growing on the platform.

- You have an established track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles
- You have experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities
- You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans & action items
- You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions); SQL knowledge a bonus
CompensationActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$79,600-$117,000 USD
