Your role at a glance
The Associate Specialist, Treasury supports the execution of day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, bank administration, and treasury reporting activities. This role focuses on accurate processing, data maintenance, and operational support while developing foundational knowledge of treasury practices, systems, and controls.

The Associate Specialist works closely with Treasury Specialists, Managers, and Finance stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant treasury operations across the organization.

What we are looking for

The Associate Specialist, Treasury supports the execution of day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, bank administration, and treasury reporting activities. This role focuses on accurate processing, data maintenance, and operational support while developing foundational knowledge of treasury practices, systems, and controls.

The Associate Specialist works closely with Treasury Specialists, Managers, and Finance stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant treasury operations across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Treasury Operations Support
  • Support daily cash positioning and liquidity tracking activities.
  • Assist in monitoring bank balances and preparing cash reports.
  • Support execution of routine treasury transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate treasury records, schedules, and supporting documentation.


Banking & Account Administration
  • Assist with bank account administration, including documentation, signatory maintenance, and KYC requirements.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of bank accounts under guidance from senior treasury team members.
  • Maintain banking master data in treasury systems and internal trackers.


Reporting & Data Management
  • Prepare and update routine treasury reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in compiling cash-flow forecasts and liquidity schedules.
  • Ensure treasury data is complete, accurate, and properly documented.


Compliance & Controls Support
  • Follow established treasury policies, internal controls, and approval frameworks.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by preparing documentation and responding to routine information requests.
  • Escalate discrepancies, errors, or unusual items to senior team members.


Process & Team Support
  • Support treasury process improvements and documentation updates.
  • Assist with system updates, testing, and data validation activities.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax teams to support treasury-related data needs.
  • Perform other treasury-related tasks as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
  • Foundational understanding of treasury concepts, cash management, and financial operations.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Entry-level experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking operations, or a related field.
  • Internship or entry-level experience in corporate finance or banking is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel.
  • Exposure to ERP or treasury management systems is an advantage but not required.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Remain stationary for long periods of time.
  • Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
  • Perform work during US business hours and time zones.


WORK CONDITIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Travel may be required.
  • Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.


Compensation Pay Range

For roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is:
$73,500 - $89,600

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
