  • Communicate technical and business value to varied audiences
  • Lead discovery to identify customer challenges and objectives
  • Design and present customized solutions using TeamViewer capabilities
  • Develop proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation
  • Lead POV/POC and pilot engagements, providing hands-on guidance
  • Analyze results and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, including RFx responses
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to product innovation

Responsibilities
