Associate Software Engineer, you'll work on the software that powers our high fidelity flight and mission simulators - adding new capabilities, modernizing existing systems, and helping deliver the realism that keeps pilots mission ready.

Qualifications and Education Requirements What You Bring: - A BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and the confidence to collaborate with engineers at all levels.
- A mindset built on ownership, accountability, and the drive to keep learning.
- Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving instincts.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access; U.S. citizenship required.
- Willingness to support occasional overtime, shift work, weekend work, and CONUS travel.
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Preferred Skills - Experience developing, testing, and debugging software - via coursework, projects, or internships.
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, or Atlassian (school or project experience counts!).

Security Responsibilities Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
- Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Work Environment - Duties performed in an office environment and manufacturing facility.
- Must be able to work overtime on and off-shifts as required.
- The employee is on call 24x7 for the resolution of problems and issues.

- Must be able to perform normal office duties (e.g. sitting for long periods at a desk)
- Must be able to travel CONUS/OCONUS via car and airplane

Salary Range: $86,900 - $96,100
The actual compensation rate is subject to the evaluation of the following factors (but not limited to): the candidate's work experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and market.
