The Opportunity:• Collect, review, and analyze technology and tools.
• Analyze computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
• Manage cost, time schedules and standards with well-defined milestones.
• Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts and diagrams outline system capabilities and processes based on user or internal system design specifications.
• Manage allocation, utilization and help software Developers to complete units of work assigned to them and monitor the output.
• Own and manage the project plan and project modules; proactive issues resolution.
• Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team.
• Perform/Support system testing and UAT testing.
• This position will supervise 5 Software Developers and Associate Software Developers.
• Will perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
What you need:- Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch, or related field; and
- Two (2) Years of Experience as an Associate Project Manager or related occupation.
- Employer will accept a foreign education equivalent to a bachelor's degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service.
- Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

Compensation Range: $112,341 - $120,000 per year; 40 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
