Full Job Description
Our team specializes in large-scale construction and engineering projects across the U.S., focusing on the high-level planning, design, and execution of Mechanical and Electrical system and then support our Facility Management teams operate. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Project Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of projects.

What you will do

As the Associate Project Manager, you will:
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to industry standards.
  • Maintain and manage a projects list, quote projects, and execute projects.
  • Oversee project startups, manage commissioning processes and support operations and maintenance across various project sites.
  • Interpret and review design drawings while coordinating with architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide operational support to our Facility Management teams with regards to project management

This role requires excellent communication, strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

How you will do it

Project Management
  • Develop a scope of work for various projects, ranging in size and complexity.
  • Quote, price, and track projects throughout the project lifecycle

Project Coordination & Communication
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers and construction teams to align project goals, schedules and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, external vendors and clients) for seamless project execution.

Design Review & Documentation
  • Interpret mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection drawings.
  • Provide feedback, updates, and revisions to ensure designs meet operational and cost objectives.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including schedules, budget reports, and progress updates.


Resource & Budget Management
  • Develop project plans, scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project costs, manage risks, and initiate corrective actions to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Quality & Safety Compliance
  • Adhere to industry standards and local, state, and federal building codes.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.


What we look for

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent experience).

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $92,200 - $123,100 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
