The Associate Project Manager helps ensure assumptions, protection/control requirements, model deliverables, and compliance documentation align with applicable Standards and project requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain visibility into resource assignments, workload distribution, and dependencies across active projects.
  • Track discipline hours against budget and forecast, ensuring accurate reporting to Project Management.
  • Follow information into future proposal development.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders:

  • Identify resource-related risks that could affect project milestones.
  • Develop mitigation strategies (e.g., adjusting schedules, redistributing work, or escalating priority conflicts).
  • Document resource risks and communication impact proactively to the stakeholders.
  • Identify and communicate inefficiencies, gaps, or bottlenecks in workflows.

What We Expect from You
