About the Role:
This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end incident response life cycle and root cause analysis. The specialist acts as a key coordinator for site incident management, utilizing a structured post-mortem investigation process to ensure operational reliability. The role involves supporting critical incident processes alongside existing team members to maintain high standards of excellence.
What You'll Do:
  • Facilitate integration of new data centers into existing processes and tooling.
  • Coordinate facilitation of data center evaluation and risk identification Track risk mitigation efforts and bug closures
  • Facilitate creation of bug burn down tracking Coordinate creation of site level documentation and one-pagers
  • Working familiarity of Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools to handle large amounts of data
  • Ability to analyze and present critical project data points and build dashboards (Plex experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of third party data center infrastructure & operations Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • SQL scripting is a plus
What You'll Need:
  • Educational Background: A technical background, such as software engineering, is required to meet the demands for complex technical documentation and data analysis.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, dashboard building, and the ability to interpret mechanical plans.
  • Operational Knowledge: A high-level understanding of generic data center operations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong internal communication skills and the ability to master required technical writing styles for professional reporting.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Logistics & Working Conditions
  • Remote Work: This position is fully remote.
  • Collaboration: Candidates must be capable of supporting seamless collaboration across four United States time zones.

Turner and Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $115,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
