Associate Project Manager EI

Your main responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Associate project manager, you will collaborate with your respective manager to analyze, plan, and
execute project activities per customer and Company specifications. This role supports project bidding and ensures detailed follow-through to completion.

Essential Function
1. Project Support - Support the respective manager in ensuring adherence to customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance reliability and passenger safety. Assist with service & maintenance projects post contract execution acting as main back up for project manager. Monitor job financial performance, track invoices, order parts and process payments. Facilitate with project scope, prepare fixed price repair paperwork and track changes in SAP to ensure proper documentation.
2. Payroll, Inspections & Compliance - Assist with preparation and submittal of payroll including tracking worker hours. Schedule inspections with local government authorities to ensure compliance with local codes and avoid potential violations. 3. Quality, Safety & Manpower - Ensure compliance with customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance and passenger safety. Coordinate scheduling of manpower to meet budget commitments. Flexibility to balance a mix of office and fieldwork.

EDUCATION

Minimum Degree - Associate's or Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a related industry

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills Required
Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes or similar applicationsPrior experience in Sales or operations functions
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Base Salary $90,300 - $112,900

The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives.
