Associate Project Management Specialist
Position Responsibilities:- Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
- Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations.
- Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues.
- Provides support in the development of mitigation plans.
- Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance.
- Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 1+ years of experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 1+ years of experience Managing supplier performance
- 1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and all levels of leadership
- 1+ years of experience with improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, systematic problem solving)
- 1+ years of experience with strategy development and execution
- Bachelors degree or higher
