Our Space and Defense Group is looking for an
Associate Program Manager to join our team in Goleta, CA. This is a cross-functional role that requires coordination between many different groups within and outside of Moog.
Here's what you'll need to bring with you:- Minimum of a BS Degree
- 3 years of relevant program management related experience, preferably in the Aerospace or Defense industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge in understanding contractual requirements and scope adherence.
- Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Some travel may be required.
- Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Must be eligible for security clearance.
Here's what you will be doing:- Coordinating all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery, you are the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspects of the program.
- You'll have performance responsibility for your program and will regularly deliver status updates to management.
- Direct a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts etc.; many of which will be shared resources with other programs.

Salary Range Transparency:Santa Barbara, CA $100,000.00-$130,000.00 Annually
