Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in essential functions
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Background in electromechanical product development preferred
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Willingness to travel for business, approximately 5%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of electromechanical aerospace assemblies
• Lead technical team on new product introduction projects through to transition to production
• Conduct risk assessments during the design phase and direct trade studies
• Complete compliance matrices with input from engineering
• Create and manage project schedules and resource allocation using Microsoft Project
• Develop and maintain development budgets
• Communicate technical issues and solutions to stakeholders using PowerPoint presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Manage customer expectations and communications, including negotiations and scope management
• Prepare and deliver program status reports.
