Full Job Description
What we need:

We are seeking an organized, highly motivated Associate Producer ready to assume responsibility and drive tasks and features forward. In this role, you will develop your production skills by taking ownership of one or more game areas, partnering with the team to plan, update, and execute regular deliveries, alongside limited ownership of full features, departments or a mix of both. You are a collaborative team player who works well with people, processes, and problems to deliver projects on time and at a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Feature Ownership: Act as the Production Feature Owner or Department Feature Owner, partnering to deliver quality and timeliness while managing risk identification and mitigation from concept to completion.
  • Schedule & Task Management: Collaborate with partners to establish long-term schedules, milestone definitions, and sprint goals. Handle daily management, execution, and adjustments of tasks, sprint planning, and structure updates.
  • Team Coordination & Alignment: Actively coordinate with the broader production team to eliminate unnecessary overlap, prevent developer bombardment, and ensure effort isn't duplicated.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule, attend, and effectively chair meetings. Take clear, concise, and comprehensive notes, outlining actionable next steps, and follow up on resulting action items to completion.
  • Communication & Updates: Supply regular status updates with the right frequency, detail, and clarity via in-person meetings, Slack, email, and Confluence. Effectively communicate milestones and task deadlines to team members.
  • Quality Assurance & Review: Actively coordinate with the team to ensure features are reviewed in-game to driver for quality. Coordinate with QA partners to set testing expectations, managing test plans, specific requests, triage issues, and guarantee show-stopping bugs are dealt with efficiently.
  • Risk & Capacity Escalation: Recognize critical-path development issues, team capacity problems, or allocation bottlenecks, and escalate them appropriately to the production and dev teams.
  • Team Support: Spend time with team members, ask questions, and resolve issues to keep the team functioning at maximum efficiency. Maintain an outwardly calm, professional demeanor during stressful situations or formal group settings.

  • Level of Experience: 1-5 years of experience on a game development team. Live service experience is a plus.


The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,700 and $126,860 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
