Role description
MTS Solution Architect to design develop and implement scalable enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategies The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders product teams development teams and enterprise architects to define solution blueprints ensure architectural compliance and drive successful delivery
Key Responsibilities
Define endtoend solution architecture for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives
Translate business requirements into scalable secure and highperformance technical solutions
Create architecture artifacts including solution diagrams integration designs data flows and deployment models
Evaluate current systems and recommend modernization cloud migration and optimization strategies
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards security policies and governance frameworks
Lead technical discussions design reviews and architecture governance meetings
Collaborate with development infrastructure security and operations teams throughout the SDLC
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
Assess emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable
Support effort estimation risk assessment and technical proposal creation
Required Skills
10 years of experience in software engineering application architecture or solution architecture
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform GCP
Expertise in microservices architecture APIs integration frameworks and distributed systems
Strong understanding of databases data modeling and data integration strategies
Experience with DevOps CICD pipelines containerization Docker and orchestration platforms Kubernetes
Knowledge of security best practices identity management and compliance frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
TOGAF AWSAzure Architect or equivalent architecture certifications
Experience with AgileScrum methodologies
Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms and eventdriven architectures
Exposure to AIML analytics or modern digital platforms is an added advantage
