Job Description
Analyze and interpret payments data across various systems including SWIFT ISO20022 RealTime Instant Request to Pay Domestic CrossBorder High Value Low Value and Mass Payments Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights Perform detailed business and data analysis to support payment product enhancements and compliance with industry standards Monitor payment trends and industry developments to recommend process improvements Utilize analytical tools to identify patterns anomalies and opportunities within payment transactions Support the development of payment strategies based on datadriven findings Ensure accuracy and integrity of payment data used for reporting and decisionmaking Assist in the documentation of business processes and workflows related to payment systems
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead endtoend analysis of payment systems and processes to optimize performance and efficiency Engage with crossfunctional teams including IT compliance and operations to implement payment solutions Drive initiatives for adopting new payment standards and technologies Provide expert guidance on payments data interpretation and business impact Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior management Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to payment processing Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge sharing within the Payments Business amp Data Analysis team Participate in stakeholder meetings to communicate findings and influence decisionmaking
