  • Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and other data to identify key operating, competitive, and strategic insights

  • Build and maintain financial models using accepted valuation methodologies, advanced technologies, and innovative datasets

  • Participate in client calls

  • Assist in preparing written reports, presentations, and supporting exhibits

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

  • Manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in valuation, transaction advisory, investment analysis, or related fields (private equity, private credit, or asset-based finance preferred)

  • Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or another quantitative field

  • Foundational understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • A technology-forward mindset, with a willingness to learn and adopt new tools (e.g., AI, Python, Tableau, Power BI), alongside proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • A strong commitment to delivering high levels of client service

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Progress toward a professional designation (CFA, ASA, CPA, CEIV) is a plus

How You’ll Thrive

  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on client service

  • Demonstrate reliability and accountability by consistently producing high-quality work

  • Build and deepen technical and industry knowledge through hands-on experience

  • Strengthen communication skills through client and team interaction
