Responsibilities
• Complete an intensive 12-month Training Program designed to develop your business acumen, leadership capabilities, and financial expertise in preparation for a management role.
• Successfully fulfill all program requirements to advance into an Associate Partner position.
• Build strong client relationships and develop customized, long-term financial strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Analyze clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions across a broad range of products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and other financial products.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and lead a team of financial professionals while driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service.
Qualifications
• Individuals with advanced degrees, MBAs, prior business ownership experience, or a strong business mindset are encouraged to apply
• Life & Health Insurance License (preferred)
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 (preferred)
