As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers reach their full potential by developing process-driven solutions that drive measurable results. You will work closely with our customers to gain a deep understanding of their unique business needs, challenges, and opportunities. You will be responsible for analyzing our customers' current business processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for incremental improvement. With your strong analytical skills, you will recommend process changes, new technologies, or appropriate organizational changes that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
In this role, you will also develop a large-scale strategic vision and ensure that all new business processes align with it. You will manage sales processes beyond day-to-day procurement to maintain strong customer relations and ensure that all stakeholders are on board with the recommended solutions.

Required Skills and Experience
• Proficiency in multiple business processes: (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.)
• Process Certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL or equivalent)
• Business Acumen & deep working knowledge progressive business procedures
• Expertise in Value Chain mapping
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience in process mining, simulation and business process modeling and notation
• Demonstrated leadership skills in executive communications and presentation of business cases in support of incentive enterprise business needs
Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this position in the U.S. is $179,760 to $341,520 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $215,640 to $409,800
- California (All Other): $197,640 to $375,600
- Colorado: $179,760 to $341,520
- Massachusetts: $179,760 to $375,600
- New York City: $215,640 to $409,800
- Washington: $197,640 to $375,600
- Washington DC: $197,640 to $375,600
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
