About the role

The Associate Media Manager at Reckitt Nutrition plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and performance analysis of integrated media campaigns. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders, agency teams, and media platforms to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with business objectives. The role also serves as a central point of coordination for campaign timelines, reporting deliverables, and cross-functional communication.
In addition to project management responsibilities, the Associate Media Manager helps drive actionable insights through data analysis, competitive intelligence, and campaign measurement. This individual supports monthly and quarterly business reviews, develops performance frameworks, and contributes to data visualization and reporting initiatives that inform strategic media decisions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, analytical, and passionate about optimizing media effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive media campaign timelines with AOR & internal stakeholders encompassing all stages from planning and creative development to media placement and reporting.
• Track key milestones and deliverables for all media initiatives, ensuring adherence to established deadlines by both the AOR and internal teams.
• Proactively identify potential timeline conflicts or delays, escalating issues to relevant parties and proposing solutions to mitigate impact.
• Acting as steward for key internal team documentation around Playbooks, Case Studies & Monthly deliverables.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the AOR regarding timeline expectations, material deadlines, and campaign launch schedules.
• Develop working relationships with the media agencies and help create new ways of working and improve current processes.
• Communicate internal requirements and feedback to the AOR promptly and clearly, ensuring their understanding of project scope and revisions.
• Facilitate the timely delivery of assets (e.g., creative files, approval forms, budget information) from internal stakeholders to the AOR.
• Review and approve AOR-submitted timelines, ensuring they align with internal capacities and overall campaign objectives.
• Continue strengthening relationships with key media partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) with regular business meetings to discuss ongoing business goals and measurement plans.
• Lead the internal collaboration and project management of monthly management meeting materials to Brand and Sales.
• Collaborate with AOR on data, insights & deck expectations monthly and quarterly on key deliverables.
• Data Visualization within PBI and MJN's Monthly/Quarterly executive analytical reviews.
• Competitive Media Intelligence.
• Lead brand lift and content measurement process and analysis for campaign planning.
• Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative research and analytics.
• Develop frameworks for evangelizing cross-channel campaign performance and insights to action
• Data collection and validating/cleansing as part of bigger strategic projects.

The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree required
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience working with media plans, consumer data, segmentation; minimum 4 years of work experience with a major Media Agency or a Digital Advertiser.
• 3+ years relevant professional experience in media strategy, planning and buying.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media research, trafficking, tracking and reporting processes, techniques and technologies.
• Fluent in Communications Strategy or Strategic Planning, with aptitude for traditional and digital media.
• Experience managing $5M - $50M+ digital awareness budgets and digital media buys.
• Experience with using Retail Media platforms such as Pacvue, Flywheel, Criteo, Amazon DSP
• Knowledge of DSP Platforms across Consumer and Retail (TradeDesk, PacVue, Criteo), Meta & TikTok Ads Manager and Liveramp.
• Understanding and managing different parts of a consumer journey, and how to influence the consumer across paid/owned channels.
• Expert understanding of media buying techniques and timelines, and attribution models for ecommerce and direct response efforts.

US salary ranges

USD $113,000.00 - $169,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
