The Marketing Coordinator will assist execution of the marketing plan and strategy outlined by the Team Lead and Strategic Account Manager, Ultra-Luxury. This requires heavy collaboration with the Strategic Account Manager and the rest of the Holman Marketing team.
This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall Holman Motorcars marketing and experience strategy. Your responsibilities will revolve around working with the Team Lead, Strategic Account Manager and our OEM partners to support the marketing and event goals.
- Planning, supporting, and executing Holman Motorcars events and activations.
- Creating and maintaining valuable relationships with key affinity partners.
- Execute and maintain Marketing Plans for all OEM brands in coordination with the team lead and Strategic Account Manager (SAM).
- Working closely with partners in St. Louis or Fort Lauderdale to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Attending regular sales meetings and store discussions regarding sales support programs, and tactical measures.
- Attending meetings with OEMs to discuss marketing plans. Building and nurturing strong relationships with leadership teams with all OEM partners.
- Capture content and collaborate with the in-store content creator in support of the marketing plan outlined by the Strategic Account Manager and Team Lead, including photography and video for use on social media, website, etc.
- Collaborating with campaign specialists to monitor and analyze campaign performance, interpret results, and provide optimization suggestions.
- Hosting regular meetings to communicate updates and recommendations to the Team Lead and SAM.
- Improving and supporting in-store branding and client experiences. Attracting and fostering relationships with exotic car owners and clubs to increase store presence.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Education and/or Training:- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in a marketing-related program, or equivalent work experience
- Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:- 3+ years' experience in marketing
- 3+ years' experience in a consulting, sales or account management capacity
- Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
- Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
- Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
- Basic knowledge of content creation to assist social media team
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge: - Ability to independently interpret and manage strategic directives and translate them into results-based tactics for various marketing initiatives
- Expertise in vendor and project management, including regular communication optimization, escalation management, and scaling initiatives across all Motorcars stores.
- Meticulous project management skills, juggling a book of business that includes 3-6 brands, overseeing the scheduling, execution, and reporting of all marketing campaigns spanning various channels.
- Bias to continual improvement and collaboration across the marketing team's members as well as the stores' staff.
Communicating & Influencing Skills: - Exceptional aptitude for building relationships and trust with the Strategic Account Managers as well as partner vendors
- Strong visualization skills, with a knack for taking complex data and turning it into something that tells a story or advances a strategy
- Creativity in campaign development and a continual test à learn à iterate mentality that allows the team to build more and more effective and persuasive demand generation campaigns for our customers and prospects
- Ability to manage workload independently and autonomously, with the instincts to escalate issues appropriately

Outputs:- Regular traffic management of campaign elements for all stores, ensuring that assets are developed according to campaign brief, align with OEM compliance and Holman standards, and are deployed via appropriate channels on schedule.
- Deploy email campaigns to custom lists in compliance with CAN-SPAM laws and Holman customer privacy guidelines.
- Continuously report to SAM recommended optimizations for manufacturer campaigns, sponsorships, and events based on manufacturer initiatives and store goals.
- Manage the monthly reporting assets needed for internal, regional VP, regional OEM reps, and GM check-ins, including data collection and cleansing, visualization creation, and deck development.
- Continuously execute events with the store and vendors with duties inclusive of pre-event submission, event coordination, and post-event recaps.
- Continuously create content to support manufacturer and store needs. Coordinate with in-house marketing for scheduling, details, and editing.
