ABOUT THE ROLE

The Associate Manager, Strategic Corporate Initiatives is responsible for supporting key Supply Chain routines through reporting and data analytics. In this role, you will lead routines that support end-to-end order-to-delivery execution and performance for North America, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across North America Supply Chain.

You will build and maintain reporting structures in alignment with global standards, troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues, and remain curious and adaptable to new technology solutions that support Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness. Success in this role requires a high level of technical aptitude and the ability to translate data into analysis and communications appropriate for a wide range of audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare reports/visualizations for Supply Chain routines including daily OTD, OTIF, Bracket Pricing, etc.
  • Coverage of critical Supply Chain activities including leading routines/report outs as needed; This can include large communications to high levels of leadership to report expected shipments and UFO
  • Urgently address ad-hoc Supply Chain breakdowns (ie: RDC capacity, pallet availability, transitions, etc.) by gathering necessary cross-functional parties and collaborating on root cause and resolution.
  • Partner with Global Strategy Team on project based data needs (S4 Implementation, BWBW, etc.)
  • React and respond in a timely manner to inquiries on shipment execution and other supply chain metrics.
  • Manage technical processes and enhancements for Supply Chain teams through internal BPT engagement, as well as maintain an awareness of tools and systems that could support operational effectiveness (ie: Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, Data scraping systems such as RPA, and Data warehousing/Databricks, etc.)
  • Trouble shoot data discrepancies and identify/collaborate with the process owner for resolution
  • Support Month-End and and Fiscal Year-End shipment closure processes and follow up with Inventory and Systems team to ensure appropriate SOAR activities are are followed. Occasionally may require extended coverage when month-end falls over an SCJ closure


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's Degree required and 5+ years of experience in supply chain (internships included), business, engineering, information systems or a related field, or an advanced degree and one year of experience in supply chain, OR, military experience considered in lieu of education requirement and 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment


PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
  • Proven experience in Tableau, Power BI, SAP ECC, Kinaxis, and SQL
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels within the organization
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and interdependencies (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Ship, and Invoice)
  • Demonstrated experience leading routines and key processes/projects
  • Proven success in making appropriate decisions/escalations independently
  • Experience with DayBreak
  • Interest and exposure to AI tools and information
  • Critical thinking to discern reports and data and summarize into necessary actions, report outs, etc.
