Job Description

Vuori is seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager - Paid Video to join our quickly growing Creative and Marketing team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of work including but not limited to shooting + editing video for paid channels, as well as overseeing the Paid Video Creative process. Expertise in Premiere, After Effects + Figma with strong foundations in video and concepting. In addition, the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight turnarounds. Must be a great communicator and collaborator, as well as having excellent organizational skills.

What you'll get to do:
  • Edit, assemble, and deliver high-quality video and motion content for paid digital and social platforms
  • Lead seasonal GTM concepting and execution for paid video
  • Capture and direct on-set video content aligned with paid and social strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with Acquisition, Video, Social, Copy, and Design teams to streamline and optimize creative outputs
  • Oversee and guide the Digital Designer, Paid Video, ensuring creative excellence and consistency
  • Ensure all video and digital storytelling aligns with brand guidelines, performance insights, and customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with the Acquisition team to test, iterate, and evolve advertising creative
  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, timelines, and budget adherence across projects
  • Present concepts and creative rationale to stakeholders using data and performance insights
  • Stay current on trends in fashion, film, design, media, and technology, continuously pushing the brand forward
  • Foster a collaborative, creative team culture and unified brand expression across all channels

  • Expert proficiency across video, motion, and digital content creation, with a strong portfolio to match
  • Advanced knowledge of today's media landscape and paid digital content performance
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, Illustrator, Acrobat), including file export, resizing, and digital asset delivery
  • Excellent verbal, visual, and presentation skills; able to articulate and defend creative work
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-directed, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Passion for fashion, current trends, and evolving creative technologies
  • Strong design, motion, and typographic skills a plus

The salary range for this role is $93,400 per year - $120,120 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
