Description

As a member of a dedicated client team, you will help deliver strategic advice and investment solutions to institutional investment clients (such as corporations, retirement plans, and other organizations). This client-facing role provides the opportunity to work directly with sophisticated clients and contribute to investment-decision making. Working closely with Senior Consultants, investment analysts, and colleagues across WTW, you will coordinate client activities and contribute to the delivery of thoughtful, high-quality investment solutions and an exceptional client experience.

You will have the opportunity to build trusted client relationships, contribute to investment strategy discussions, and build toward taking on greater client-facing responsibility over time. Our work helps clients make and monitor investment decisions - from setting investment objectives and strategy, to selecting and monitoring managers, reviewing performance, and developing investment communications. This role offers the opportunity to deepen investment expertise, develop consulting and client-management skills, and build toward increasing levels of responsibility throughout your career progression.

Note: This is a hybrid role with the expectation of a minimum of 2-3 days in office. Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities may include:

Client Relationships and Delivery
  • Support Senior Consultants and broader client teams to help deliver high-quality investment consulting services.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a select number of client relationships, with support from the Senior Consultant and broader client team, ensuring a responsive, consistent, and positive client experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with client contacts through effective communication, trusted advice, project management, and reliable execution.
  • Coordinate client deliverables and follow-up activities, ensuring commitments are completed accurately and on schedule.

Insights
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of client investment strategies and solutions.
  • Apply investment and market knowledge to support client outcomes and address complex challenges.
  • Review and oversee deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency with client objectives.

Team and Collaboration
  • Build effective relationships across WTW and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and subject matter experts.
  • Contribute to the success of the client team through knowledge sharing, coaching, feedback, mentorship, and support of colleague development.


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Approximately 4+ years of investment-related experience in investment consulting, financial services, or another related analytical or client-focused investment environment.
  • Intellectually curious and the desire for a career in investments.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgement when working with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
  • Progress toward the CFA designation is preferred but not required. Candidates will be encouraged and supported to register for the CFA Level I exam within their first year of employment, if not already pursuing the designation.

Compensation and Benefits

Benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 USD.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
