Job DescriptionAbout the Job:The Associate Manager, Global Learning & Development plays a key role in delivering and evolving Yum!'s global leadership development experiences for above-restaurant leaders. As part of the Learning Center of Excellence, this role partners closely with brand and functional leaders to support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences and contribute to a seamless, impactful employee experience.
As the Associate Manager you will serve as a learning partner to Pizza Hut, helping connect leaders to the right development opportunities, supporting the execution of global programs, and contributing to the continued evolution of integrated and insight-driven learning across Yum!.
This role also offers the opportunity to build broader end-to-end learning capability over time, including exposure to both delivery and select design-related work, in support of evolving brand and business needs.
You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
Salary Range: $99,200- $116,700 + bonus eligibility.

Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: - Serve as the primary learning partner for Pizza Hut, building strong relationships with HR and business leaders, understanding talent needs, and helping prioritize and connect leaders to relevant development opportunities
- Gather and interpret insights (e.g., stakeholder input, engagement data, participation trends) to support identification of development needs and provide thoughtful recommendations across enterprise programs, external offerings, and self-paced resources
- Drive executional excellence in global learning program delivery, including coordination, communication, and participant experience, while identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Support ownership of enterprise programs, tools, or processes, partnering with L&D design and cross-functional teams to help shape delivery approaches, communication strategies, and overall learner experience
- Contribute to the development and adaptation of learning solutions as needed (e.g., tailoring content, supporting pilots, creating materials), building capability in end-to-end learning design and delivery over time
- Facilitate learning experiences (virtual and in-person) with a focus on engagement, adaptability, and effectiveness across diverse audiences
- Bring forward feedback, observations, and recommendations to support continuous improvement of learning programs, scalability of delivery models, and alignment to evolving business needs
- Identify and support improvements to team processes, tools, and ways of working, contributing to increased efficiency, consistency, and clarity for both internal teams and stakeholders
- Operate with a flexible, hands-on approach, adapting to shifting priorities and contributing across a range of learning activities as business needs evolve
QualificationsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Learning, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience with 5+ years supporting learning, talent, or HR initiatives (preferably in a global organization)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience building relationships across functions and levels; ability to translate business needs into practical, actionable solutions
- Experience supporting and delivering learning programs (virtual and/or in-person), with ability to identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate trainings as needed
- Exposure to or experience in instructional design or content development is preferred
- Strong facilitation skills with ability to engage and adapt to a variety of audiences, including senior leaders
- Experience using technology to support learning and operations (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Learning Management Systems, HRIS such as Oracle)
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced global, evolving environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
