Job DescriptionJob Title: Associate Manager, Client Relationship Management Locations: NYC (hybrid)
About the RoleThe Client Relationship Management team is a group of proactive individuals focused on client service. This role will oversee various client relationships in order to upkeep exceptional service and support. This role will focus on tactical and strategic needs of their client portfolio in order to build and maintain client relationships.
How You Will Make an Impact - Owning and pro-actively managing a portfolio of key client relationships
- Ensuring all SS&C service levels meet or exceed client expectations
- Building trusted relationships with the Clients' key contacts (CFO, COO, etc.)
- Capturing client feedback to drive strategic change initiatives and trend analysis
- Organizing and chairing formal service level review meetings with clients
- Articulating the benefits of SS&C services and business model to clients
- Incorporating client initiatives, needs, and structures into formal account plans
- Fostering strong internal working partnerships within all SS&C service areas
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities within existing client base
- Developing and translating MIS into process / service enhancement recommendations
- Working closely with sales team and contributing to marketing efforts
- Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and their potential impact on SS&C
- Occasional travel is required
Required Experience - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Experience/knowledge with hedge funds or fund of fund
- 4-6 years' experience/knowledge as a hedge fund accountant or auditor of hedge funds
- Significant degree of self-motivation and direction
- Tact, professionalism, and savvy in resolving escalated client issues
- Ability to generate ideas, leverage MIS, and suggest process improvements
- Experience working closely with senior-level management
What Sets You Apart- 2+ years as a supervisor/manager
- Master's degree is a plus
- Ideal candidate has experience at 1) audit firm, 2) fund or bank and 3) an administrator
- Strong Excel knowledge (Pivot Table, Sumif, V-lookup)
- Geneva and/or Advent software knowledge a plus

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 60000 USD to 130000 USD. Other States expected base salary for the position is between 60000 USD to 130000 USD.
In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
