Job Summary: The Associate Manager, Digital Content Quality and Localization drives the quality and effectiveness of localized web content and product content, ensuring every regional customer touchpoint is accurate, culturally relevant, and frictionless.
Working closely with other departments in the company such as Regional teams, Marketing, Product, CX, the Associate Manager, Digital Content Quality and Localization supports the end-to-end localization workflows, oversees translation quality, and leads regional projects that improve the customer journey from search and discovery to checkout across iHerb international markets.
Job Expectations:Localization & Translation Quality
- Lead and manage localization of web content, product pages, promotional campaign support (emails, banners, social, etc) and digital assets across all supported regions and languages
- Own translation quality assurance processes, ensuring all localized content meets iHerb's accuracy, tone, and brand standards
- Develop and maintain localization style guides, glossaries, and quality benchmarks by region and language
- Review and audit translated content for linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and alignment with regional market expectations
- Partner with LSPs, and internal stakeholders to manage localization pipelines and deliverables
Regional Partnerships & Market Support
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify and resolve end-to-end friction points in local market experiences
- Serve as the project management point of contact for assigned regions, supporting localized regional initiatives from scoping through delivery
- Monitor regional experiences and proactively flag content, UX, or functionality gaps that impact local customers
- Support regionalization efforts including currency, date formats, local compliance requirements, and market-specific content adaptations
- Coordinate with other teams on internal and external search functionalities such as metadescription, keywords, etc
Product Content Quality
- Oversee the quality and consistency of product content across localized markets, including product titles, descriptions, attributes, and imagery
- Identify and drive resolution of product content issues that affect discoverability or conversion in regional markets
- Coordinate with content, catalog, and merchandising teams to ensure product content meets regional standards
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders, regional teams, and leadership on localization and regional project progress
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to localization quality, regional content performance, and localization related metrics
- Implement quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet iHerb standards and maintain project integrity

- Deep understanding of localization and translation workflows, quality assurance processes, and industry best practices

Equipment Knowledge:- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
Experience Requirements:Generally requires a minimum of two (2) to five (5 ) years of relevant professional experience in localization project management, digital content management, or a related field. Proven experience managing multilingual content programs and working with international markets or regional stakeholders is required.
Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, International Business, Project Management, or a related field.

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 USD. The actual base pay offered will be determined by factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
