The Associate Manager serves as a role model and resource to staff.
Minimum Requirements: - Graduate of an approved registered nurse program.
- BSN or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina.
- Minimum of three years nursing experience required with one year of experience being related to the patient population(s) and/or specialty of the unit.
- MUST HAVE CVICU/CVIMC experience and/or strong ICU experience to be considered.
- Evidenced expertise in clinical judgment and leadership ability.
- Current CPR certification required.
