Role Overview

Thisposition supports a specialized legal practice focused onrepresenting homeowners involved in disputes with residentialcontractors, builders, and developers. The work centers on defectiveconstruction claims, contract disputes, project delays, mechanic'sliens, payment issues, warranty matters, and otherconstruction-related litigation.

Theideal candidate is a motivated attorney who enjoys advocacy, takesownership of cases, and is eager to develop strong trial skills.Prior construction law experience is helpful but not required.
