We are looking for a passionate and energized teammate to join our Walmart team who would like to help us connect more children and adults to one of the world's most loved brands. If you would love to work within a collaborative, forward-thinking team where you're responsible for supporting important customer relationships and strategies, then this is the role for you!

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and share daily business analytics performance reporting
  • Support weekly performance reporting and reoccurring weekly business review meetings
  • Support business prospecting - Audience, Theme/PP, Geographies, Channels/Formats
  • Support the execution of the listings, distribution and feature strategy across Walmart Stores and eCommerce, as well as item set-up, coordination and sample management.
  • Provide day to day key account, activity calendar, listings & distribution management and admin support

We need someone to provide dedicated support to the broader Walmart team across various daily tasks that span across a broad range of functions.

This person will play a substantial role in planning & implementing instore features, supporting our strategy, and creating powerful data insights. This role will support best in class execution across the Walmart Enterprise.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Experience in data-driven sales within a consumer packaged goods environment is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze, categorize and interpret data to tell a cohesive story.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite, Excel excellence required.
  • Proficiency with Tableau and PowerBI preferred.
  • Experience with Planogram development (JDA Space Planning).
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Impressive problem solving skills, and a talent for building great relationships, both inside and outside the team.
  • Proven account management skills, and an analytical/insight-based approach that will serve the needs of both company and customer.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $96,326.00 - $144,488.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
