Job Responsibilities
  • Supports integration and separation engagements across pre-close planning and post-close execution phases.
  • Assists with analysis related to operating models, functional readiness, and transition requirements.
  • Prepares schedules, analyses, and supporting materials for engagement deliverables.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support coordinated execution.
  • Participates in internal working sessions and supports client requests as directed.


Minimum Qualifications
  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Human Resources, Math, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or experience in consulting, operations, or transaction-related roles.


Additional Role Expectations
  • Travel: Up to 40% locally and nationally.
  • Peak Periods: Increased workload during post-close phases.
  • Scheduling: Flexibility based on project timelines.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $69,800 - $132,000
