Here's the fine print:- You have 2+ years in software implementation or Consulting.
- You have at least 2+ years in SaaS industry
- You have led multiple complex projects or initiatives at once while still being laser-focused on detail.
- You are an excellent multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- You are experienced in customer-facing presentations and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders.
- You can communicate complex ideas simply - and know that a confused customer is never a good outcome.
- You lead with empathy, meeting customers where they are and building their confidence every step of the way.
- You champion change management best practices, helping end users embrace new technology with ease.
- A drivers license may be required if you are asked to visit clients onsite.
Nice to have: - Experience working directly with banking and insurance clients to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls;
- Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services-such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation-to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.
