Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in immigration law, preferably at a multi-attorney or high-volume practice
• Strong command of family-based issues, asylum, removal defense, and waiver matters
• Proficient in legal writing and courtroom advocacy
• Experience with detained cases and removal defense is strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Clear and confident communication skills that facilitate client and colleague interactions
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage complex matters independently
• Calm and solutions-oriented approach in a busy environment
