Summary:
Gathers and analyzes information. Forms and tests hypotheses. Develops and communicates recommendations to support senior level decision making using advanced analysis.
Responsibilities:
Builds descriptive and prescriptive data models and address complex operational and clinical needs. Ensures validation and reliability of analytics.
Identifies operational and clinical questions and defines scope, requirements, and analytical approach for analysis.
Designs thoughtful and effective data analysis and visualizations via excel, Power BI and other tools; looks at data from a different perspective to add new insights and intelligence for end-users.
Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with key stakeholders in operational, clinical, and other departments to meet shared objectives.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience. - IF APPLICABLE: BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
