The Associate Head Coach for Wrestling supports the head coach in the planning and operation of the Wrestling program. This includes supporting preparation and planning efforts for practice and events; evaluating performances; and making recommendations to the head coach regarding individual participation in events. The Associate Head Coach also has recruiting responsibilities, to identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student athletes at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies as assigned by the head coach.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $126,000; final offer is dependent on relevant experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or other formal four-year training program in a related field with at least 6 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and playing/coaching experience.
• Experience contributing to a positive student-athlete experience with a commitment to the health and safety of student-athletes and staff.
• Proven success in coaching, recruiting, and in working with student athletes.
• Knowledgeable of NCAA and Ivy League rules and regulations, and a strong commitment to rules compliance.
• Experience modeling values that support inclusion, belonging, and wellbeing.
• Ability to advocate for individuals from a broad range of backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
• 4 or more years of successful coaching experience at an NCAA Division I institution
