A global publicly traded, multi-product Commercial-Stage Biopharma, focused on developing and commercializing therapies for difficult to treat and serious conditions, is seeking a driven, collaborative, and energetic seasoned Market Access - focused Counsel to join its legal team. This role will provide the opportunity to be legal leader on the Companies Market Access efforts. Reporting to the General Counsel, this individual will be a crucial member of the growing legal team assisting with the commercialization of their endocrinology and oncology products, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
The Associate General Counsel will be responsible for a wide range of market access activities, including:
- Advising market access clients on discount, rebate/price concession strategies, government pricing, copay/patient assistance programs, policy development, risk mitigation, and interactions with customers.
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing market access-related agreements, including: PBM agreements, GPO agreements, Speciality Pharmacy agreements, wholesaler agreements, discount and rebate agreements, distribution agreements, market research agreements, vendor agreements, and service agreements.
- Advising on promotional materials for Market Access audience.
The ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor with 10+ years of relevant experience
- A member of good standing of any state bar
- Significant FDA regulatory and product experience
- An upbeat, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
