Macquarie Asset Management is searching for an Associate General Counsel to work in its Credit & Insurance business, covering credit BDCs, '40 act funds, private credit funds and retail alts to wealth products.

As Associate General Counsel, you will be responsible for supporting fundraising and fund establishment for the Credit & Insurance business as it grows in the US. You will work on US registered and unregistered investment companies, including BDCs, fund formation and registration, regulatory filings, product development, board support, governance, marketing review, fund agreements and special projects. Additionally, you will work on private credit funds and handle general corporate matters along with other special projects.

Salary range for this position: $250,000 - $330,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
