Job Title:Associate, eDistribution Specialists

Location: 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019

Duties:Interact with all levels of traditional sales coverage to meet clients' electronic trading needs as well as sharing new digital tools/developments. Be proficient in the distribution and optimization of trading platforms such as Cortex FX and Cortex Commodities, the single dealer platform of BNP Paribas in the US and Latin America. Maintain strong relationships with trading teams across New York and the LATAM region to identify/highlight areas of strength and improvement across FX and EM Rates. Proactively focus on data analysis efforts, including Tableau reports, to improve client experience and grow the bank's market share across the eTrading platforms used for FICC products. Utilize deep understanding of the technical and business aspects of API integration to ensure seamless connectivity and performance optimization for clients. Coordinate with the global eDistribution team on shared initiatives such as report standardization, client requests, and marketing material generation. Maintain vendor relationships, across FX and Rates to understand the eTrading market landscape and future developments. Utilize data analysis to optimize electronic trading flow, enhancing platform performance and client satisfaction. Pitch new clients, conduct platform demonstrations, and create digital content to effectively communicate the platform's benefits. 10% domestic and international travel required to LATAM.

SALARY :$179,088.00 USD to $200,000.00 USD/ year.

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday Friday)

Job Requirements:Bachelor's / US or Foreign Equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related and five (5) years of experience in Sales and Trading roles. Must have five (5) years of experience with: FICC electronic distribution covering Credit, FX, Rates and Commodities products; Strong knowledge of FX and EM Rates products, market structure, and Emerging Markets dynamics; Advanced data analysis skills, including use of tools such as Tableau to evaluate trading flow, hit rates, and client behavior; Ability to collaborate with sales, trading, technology, and global eDistribution teams across regions, including the US and Latin America; pitching clients, conducting platform demonstrations, and creating digital content to support platform adoption; managing vendor relationships and monitoring electronic trading market developments; and Proficiency with electronic trading platforms, including single-dealer platforms and digital tool optimization. Must have one (1) year of experience with API connectivity, integration and performance optimization for institutional clients.
