Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Enterprise Contracting Center Technology Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Review contracts and agreements to accurately extract, input, and verify key contract information and metadata into the enterprise contract repository
  • Run firm-approved AI prompts and extraction tools to pull key dates, contract terms, and clauses from documents, reviewing the AI outputs for accuracy and correcting errors
  • Perform routine quality checks on contract records to ensure required fields, attachments, and executed documents are complete, accurate, and consistent
  • Assist with day-to-day contract repository maintenance, including uploading documents, updating data fields, and helping pull files or reports for audits and team requests
  • Flag recurring system issues, prompt errors, or data discrepancies to senior team members, and perform other routine data and administrative tasks assigned
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year recent experience in a professional services environment; experience with contracting management lifecycle preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience or interest in using AI tools and contract databases is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents carefully for accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
