What you’ll be doing...
This position will lead the execution of high-impact programs designed to retire legacy products and services used by our Global Enterprise, Public Sector and Frontier customer base while modernizing our network. In this role, you will lead customer migration programs and partner with cross-functional stakeholders in organizations such as Sales, Service Delivery, Product, Legal, GTS, and Network to design seamless roadmaps and processes to drive the success of our customer migration efforts. Beyond program management, you will provide the strategic oversight required for data consolidation and inventory integrity, ensuring that our reporting is precise and our migration efforts are backed by sound data management. You will guide cross-functional teams through these transitions, balancing technical execution at speed, with the high-level coordination needed to drive our network modernization forward.
Translating high-level strategy into actionable plans that align people, processes, and systems
Driving teams toward mission-critical milestones to ensure the realization of revenue retention plans and cost-saving objectives
Navigating both Global Enterprise, Public Sector and Frontier groups to lead concurrent workstreams, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and focused
Establishing comprehensive status reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide leadership with data-driven insights into program health and prioritize the activities of down-stream teams.
Identifying resource constraints and potential bottlenecks proactively, escalating critical decision points to senior leadership as needed
Implementing a disciplined framework for dependency and issue management to ensure seamless execution throughout the entire migration lifecycle
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experienced team leader with proven facilitation, change management, and problem-solving experience
A track record of cross-functional collaboration across all levels of an organization, particularly with senior leaders
Experience in Decom and Access migrations
Experience working with diverse data sources and managing complex data consolidation to drive business decisions
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs
Track record of handling extremely confidential information appropriately
Willingness to travel
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Comfort with leveraging data visualization / reporting tools to derive actionable insights
Strong financial acumen related to revenue retention and cost-saving analysis
Experience leveraging AI driven tools and methodologies to automate workflows, enhance data analysis, or optimize program reporting
MBA or equivalent

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $114,000.00 - $219,000.00.
The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $125,500.00 - $219,000.00.
