What You'll Do

The Associate Director, S&OP, Systems, Data Analysis & Production Planning will be responsible for developing comprehensive supply plans to support commercial forecasts, optimizing inventory positions, leading the S&OP process, and supporting system integration. Collaboration with internal and external partners including Commercial demand planning, CMC teams, and CMOs / CPOs will be instrumental in successfully developing a global supply plan that supports market demand and drives supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the S&OP cycle end to end - aligning commercial demand, manufacturing supply, inventory and finance into a single consensus plan.
  • Build and maintain integrated supply and distribution models spanning drug substance, drug product and finished-goods distribution, so manufacturing needs are planned from source through the patient.
  • Own configuration, master data and data integrity across our ERP/MRP environment; translate demand forecasts into production plans, replenishment signals and purchase requirements.
  • Develop analytics, dashboards and KPIs for inventory health, capacity utilization, service levels and forecast accuracy - turning raw system data into decisions leadership can act on.
  • Run scenario and what-if planning for launch ramps, demand shifts, supply constraints and network changes, quantifying risk and recommending mitigations.
  • Partner with external and internal partners on production scheduling, capacity commitments and inventory positioning across the distribution network.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, system utilization and data governance, establishing the processes and controls a scaling commercial portfolio requires.


Where You'll Work

This is a U.S.-based remote role that will require quarterly, or as needed visits to our San Francisco Office.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, data science or a related field; 8+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of an S&OP process, ideally within a regulated (pharma, biotech, medical device, or CPG) environment.
  • Hands-on expertise configuring and operating ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or comparable).
  • Strong data-analytics capability - comfortable building models and working in AI, SQL and BI tools with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Proven experience with distribution and network modeling to plan end-to-end manufacturing and fulfillment needs
  • Commercial supply chain experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech, including product launch.
  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent.
  • Travel - Less than 20% total time will be used for travel

BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.

$180,000-$202,000 USD
