  • Coach and mentor the RFX team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Lead cross-functional communication and change management efforts to drive adoption of the centralized RFX model and secure stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor industry best practices and emerging tools in procurement and RFX management; recommend and implement enhancements to systems, processes, and methodologies.
  • Provide leadership oversight for supplier interactions during RFX events to ensure professionalism, strategic alignment, and clarity in communications.
  • Produce regular executive-level reports summarizing activity volumes, outcomes, savings performance, and strategic insights.

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience developing and managing enterprise-level RFX processes, tools, or centralized sourcing functions.
  • Experience with DFAR compliant proposals.
  • Proven knowledge of sourcing best practices, competitive bidding methodology, procurement governance, and supplier evaluation techniques.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM, CSCP) preferred.
  • Strong capability in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across sourcing, engineering, and finance teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
