Job title: Product Owner, Patient Intervention

Location: Morristown, NJ

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Development and Delivery: Assist in the development and delivery of analytics, AI, GenAI and Agentic AI-based products or solutions to address various stages of patient journey from patient diagnosis through treatment fulfillment and treatment adherence.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Teams: Work closely with Commercial teams to understand their requirements and help develop efficient and effective payer strategies using analytics and AI solutions, including GenAI and Agentic AI components.
  • Optimize Use Cases: Participate in the assessment and recommendation of commercial use cases for analytics and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Implement Product Vision: Contribute to the design and implementation of end-to-end product vision and delivery for Commercial Advanced Analytics & AI Strategy.
  • Standardize Digital Products: Help standardize and deliver digital products with a focus on the commercial analytics and AI portfolio.
  • Synergize with Central GenAI/Agentic AI Team: Collaborate with the central GenAI/Agentic AI team to develop products and solutions that leverage reusable components and ensure synergy across projects.
  • Manage Product Roadmap: Assist in managing the product roadmap, including budget planning, resource allocation, and feasibility assessments.
  • Ensure Performance and Value: Support efforts to ensure digital product performance and value realization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive technology strategy, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical brand commercialization function is a strong plus

  • You will be a member of Global Digital GBU Advance Analytics & AI Team.
  • You will foster partnerships and close collaboration between cross-functional teams (GBU Brand teams, Digital, business operations, market teams) and drive structured ways of working between teams to provide maximum value and efficiency to business teams.
  • You will work closely and constructively with other development teams e.g., Accelerator, AI COEs, Data Engineering COE, Responsible AI COE) whether inside or outside the company.
  • You will empower your teams to set up lean but effective teams and efficient local governance.
  • You will help build and develop a team that uses complementary strengths and develop novel solutions to core business problems


About You

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in computer science or equivalent scientific field, MBA is a big plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or building complex digital solutions.
  • Experience with ML/Machine Learning (foundational understanding required)
  • Experience working with a variety of cross-functional teams.
  • Seasoned leader with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven record of creating and implementing successful advanced analytics & digital commercial strategies.
  • Attention to detail & technical intuition
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for executive level communication and collaboration
  • Fluent in English (Other languages a plus)


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep passion and hands-on experience in AI/GenAI/Agentic AI
  • Proven record of implementing advanced analytics & AI-driven commercial strategies
  • Understanding of Claims, EMR, Lab, and other healthcare data and their uses in AI model development
  • Experience implementing AI solutions in healthcare or life sciences settings

The salary range for this position is:
$148.500,00 - $214.500,00
