Full Job Description
The Associate Director, Product Enablement & Performance will lead operational enablement, value management, and client engagement efforts across a growing portfolio of Clinical Decision Support (CDS) products and services. This role is responsible for bringing together cross-functional stakeholders across Utilization Management, Hospital Services, Product, Operations, Implementation, Data Acquisition, and Clinical Leadership to ensure solutions are thoughtfully prepared, approved, implemented, and scaled before being introduced to customers and hospital partners.

This leader will help establish repeatable processes, governance models, implementation frameworks, and performance management practices that support consistent execution across the portfolio. The role requires a healthcare technology leader who can bridge clinical, operational, product, and technical teams to successfully launch, scale, and optimize clinical decision support solutions.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for operational enablement, client engagement, and value management across a portfolio of Clinical Decision Support products and services
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Operations, Implementation, Data Acquisition, Utilization Management, Hospital Services, and Clinical Leadership teams
  • Develop and operationalize scalable processes, procedures, and governance models for new and emerging clinical decision support products
  • Establish repeatable frameworks for product implementation, client onboarding, client demonstrations, reporting, adoption, and performance measurement
  • Support internal readiness for new and emerging products, including resource planning, product enablement, implementation planning, and go-to-market coordination
  • Drive consistency in implementation, clinician adoption, value management, and portfolio performance processes
  • Manage complex client-facing engagements, including dashboards, demonstrations, reporting expectations, engagement plans, and performance reviews
  • Identify operational gaps and proactively develop scalable solutions, best practices, and repeatable workflows
  • Track and analyze portfolio performance trends, success measures, early indicators, KPIs, adoption metrics, and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with product and clinical stakeholders to improve delivery models, product alignment, workflow integration, and client outcomes
  • Lead change management efforts that support clinician adoption and help clients understand the value of clinical decision support technology within existing workflows
  • Translate clinical, operational, and client needs into scalable product enablement and implementation strategies


Team Leadership

This role will manage a small team of approximately 3-5 employees focused on internal enablement, client engagement, implementation readiness, and ongoing operational execution. The leader will be responsible for coaching, developing, and managing team performance while also partnering across matrixed teams to drive alignment and delivery.

Unlike roles that are primarily matrixed, this position will have direct responsibility for leading internal team members who support new product launches, client onboarding, process development, value management, and portfolio performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare, SaaS, product enablement, healthcare technology, clinical operations, or a related field
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience, including formal management, mentorship, coaching, or matrixed leadership
  • Experience supporting or leading clinical decision support, healthcare technology, clinical operations, implementation, client engagement, or product enablement programs
  • Experience developing, scaling, and operationalizing processes for new or emerging products, programs, or client-facing solutions
  • Experience managing complex client delivery, implementation, enablement, or operational programs, ideally for a clinical product or service
  • Experience leading change management, adoption, or transformation efforts in healthcare or clinical settings
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and clinician-facing technology platforms
  • Proven solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to align clinical, operational, product, implementation, and technical teams
  • Proven ability to use data, KPIs, success measures, and performance trends to identify opportunities, measure progress, and drive outcomes


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Clinical Decision Support technology embedded within Electronic Medical Record platforms such as Epic
  • Experience supporting healthcare technology products that provide real-time recommendations, insights, or workflow guidance to clinicians
  • Experience with client-facing dashboards, performance reporting, demonstrations, engagement planning, and value realization
  • Experience developing enablement tools, playbooks, frameworks, implementation plans, or client adoption strategies
  • Background in clinical operations, utilization management, hospital services, or provider-facing healthcare technology
  • Understanding of how technology can be integrated into clinician workflows to improve decision-making, adoption, and measurable outcomes

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
