Team - BC&S Global Practice (Business Consulting & Solutions)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Capture market demand by engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities across Consumer Goods, Lifesciences, Industrials and other adjacent industry verticals - focussing on E2E Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Procurement Analytics areas
Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring solutions are aligned with client needs and technical feasibility
Lead analysis on PMF (product market fit) and support GTM of the offerings to senior buyer-leadership in Key-Accounts target customer environments
Own & drive execution of the proposed Business-Analytics Solutions Products roadmap by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities in collaboration with Domain Leaders, Data Science & Engineering SMEs and teams
Own end-to-end Solution Asset Development for the CPG and Pharma-Lifesciences practice, including ideation, design, development, and maintenance of scalable analytics data products
Develop and maintain reusable assets such as frameworks, templates, and tools to accelerate delivery and enhance solution quality
Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating best practices into Sigmoid's offerings
Must-Have Experiences
Proven track record of leading onsite engagements & growth with F500 CPGs and other large enterprise accounts as a functional consultant
Building products at various levels of maturity (Proto-type, Connected solutions, Standalone solutions, Integrated solutions, Embedded solutions)
Hands on experience with at least two solution building technologies (Business Logic, DE, DS, Front-end technologies, UI/UX)
Ability to distinguish between Core, Configurable, Customizable feature sets in any solution,. and use this framework in actual build methodology
Exposure to enterprise ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle, OMP, O9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis or similar platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability of Sigmoid's analytics solutions with client ecosystems
Ideal Profile:
Bachelor's Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT's / NIT's and Masters in a relevant field (ideally Masters in Business Management)
15+ years of professional work experience in Enterprise/B2B Product or Services environment, with 8+ Years of experience delivering transformational value in Consumer Goods or Retail organisations
Proven exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions
Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
Familiarity with integrating analytics tools/data pipelines with ERP systems to enable real-time decision-making.
Desired Skills:
Exposure to statistical and machine learning applications in Supply Chain solution ecosystem
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!)
A self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance
