Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Media and/or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in integrated media planning.
Expertise in developing fully integrated media strategies and plans, with emphasis on local media (broadcast, digital, and social)
Auto category experience preferred
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to make operational and investment recommendations and decisions
Passionate and eager to improve processes and workstreams
High level of proficiency in Account Management and client service. Experience developing close relationships and serving as a valuable partner to the client.
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Ability to manage, track, and clearly report complex budgets.
Responsibilities
Be responsive, accountable, and detailed-oriented as a primary client relationship holder
Present media plans, analyses, strategic recommendations and other deliverables to clients
Maintain complex monthly budget and billing documents and deliver clear, client-facing documents to facilitate client approvals.
Manage, mentor, and motivate direct reports to encourage their professional development while providing daily supervision and guidance
Manage workflow, deadlines, and interactions with strategy team, creative partners, clients, and other external teams
Responsible for all work products created by team of direct reports
Provide higher level of insight and analysis to campaign performance. Draw insights and actions from data to advance the client's business forward
Set the tone and strategic direction of the team built around growth and application of learnings
Build sound strategic frameworks that ladder to client business goals
Maintain communication and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders - clients, partner agencies, peers, etc.New York: $70,000.00-$125,000.00
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
